What if I told you the only thing stopping you is you!
I’m pretty sure you probably already knew that, so let me ask, what will you do about it? Keeping wishing and wanting? Or will you start now and take aligned action?
Change starts here, in this moment, right now. Not tomorrow, not next week, it starts now!
What else do I need to do you might be asking?
You need to make space in your life for those dreams to arrive. Meaning you need to clear out the past and let go of any negativity that’s weighing you down.
Which asides from being clear and consistent in your actions, it also means to get out of your own way and stop blocking yourself. (I know you know what I’m talking about).
No more self-sabotage, thank you, we are done with that!

ABOUT JESSIE
My mission as a Wellness & Empowerment Coach & Breath Worker is being dedicated to working with people through methods of coaching and breath work to help them live a truly authentic life and reach their full potential.
Having worked in the corporate world for 15 years I fully understand the lifestyle and pressures involved and now work with those who would like to know how to manage stress, time, improve their health, be present and show up for themselves in day to day life. Even the busiest of people can live full, healthy, happy lives with the right tools. I also works with people to assist in releasing emotional traumas and grief. Having lost my father tragically at a young age, I have lived and worked through this life changing event using traditional healing methods and holistic therapies but it was only through the breath work I realised the trauma was still buried deep within and contained whilst life was passing me by. I have allowed myself to work through and release the trauma to heal and step forward out of the past and it’s now my mission to help others to do the same in every aspect of their lives.
Now a daily breath and meditation practice provide a real balance and authenticity to my approach and supports my genuine passion to help others by sharing my knowledge.
I completed my breath work training with Transformational Breath® Foundation. Attending training programs internationally, my journey began in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil then led me to Mexico and the US to complete my training.
I received my coaching training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition*, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. With my knowledge, we co-create completely personalised actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.
